C4EM leading a bridge trip to Brisbane

March 15, 2017

Jason Warren, Echuca-Moama Bridge Project manager speaks in front of Mal Kersting, VicRoads regional director for northern Victoria.

COMMITTEE for Echuca-Moama will travel to Brisbane next month to investigate opportunities for the bridge project and the region.

A result of C4EM’s Bridge to the Future forum last year, chief executive Martin Szakal said up to 15 people would make the self-funded trip from April 2-4.

‘‘We have been invited to spend a day with planners and other representatives to understand the dynamics of their successful waterfront city.’’

Mr Szakal said the trip was formed out of a shared interest in projects and relationships formed within central and northern Victoria and with Brisbane and the Toowoomba region.

People interested in attending can contact Mr Szakal on or 0421324509.

Expressions of interest close 5pm on Monday.
