FITmob has got all your fitness needs covered — and with 33 classes on the timetable each and every week there is certainly something for everyone.

With spin, freestyle, bike box, WOD, short circuit, lunch express, women’s only classes and yoga, there is no shortage of variety and owner Shannon Fink likes to keep his classes fresh and exciting.

“Here at FITmob we are proud of what we do and the classes we run,” Shannon said.

“We cater for all fitness levels from beginners through to advanced and all our classes can be modified accordingly.

“We love to see mums out in the gym and we offer free babysitting which runs in conjunction with our 9.15am class Monday to Friday. We also run a kids only (primary school age) fitness class every Friday from 3.45 4.30 which runs during the school term.”

FITmob prides itself on being a motivating and inspiring fitness space. Recent renovations have created a fresh new look by doubling the space in the weight room and allowing for the introduction of some new equipment.

“We are continually striving to improve what we offer here at FITmob. We have trainers who have many years of combined experience, across many specialties including Olympic lifting, cardio and strength and we also offer a reasonably priced personal training service.

“We love working with anyone who has the desire to make a change and you only have to walk in the door and we can help you with the rest.”

Membership is just $25 a week and includes unlimited classes, gym usage and a specialised program.

■The gym is open from 5.30am-8.15pm Monday to Thursday, 5.30am-7.15pm Friday, Saturday 6.30am-12.30pm and Sunday 8.30am-12.30pm. Phone: 0400 587 189.
