WEDDING bells will be ringing throughout the twin towns from May 28.
Ringing for the return of the annual Echuca-Moama Wedding Expo, which is once again set to host hundreds of brides-to-be and their partners.
The EM expo has become known as the ultimate one-stop-shop for everything bridal — and that takes you from information though to booking and/or purchasing flowers to dresses, cakes to photography and entertainment and celebrants.
You can literally complete your wedding in one visit.
Organiser Tracy Luscombe said the natural beauty of the Echuca-Moama region, along with its proximity to Melbourne, ensured it ranked as one of the premier regional wedding destinations.
‘‘We have everything at our doorstep — the river, paddlesteamers, the port area and all the wonderful venues that make our town a great place in which to get married,’’ she said.
‘‘We have some fantastic service providers who are more than happy to share their knowledge and experience with future brides and it is not uncommon for brides to leave the expo with their wedding fully booked.’’
Over 80 exhibitors will fill the Echuca Sports and Entertainment Centre from 10am with a fashion parade showcasing the latest in bridal trends.
This year a booklet will feature discounts and specials from 40 of the businesses.
Entry is $15 for adults and children under 14 are free.
Tickets can be purchased at the door or at ticketbo.com.au
