June 15, 2017

Murray League footballer Rowan Priest has spoken exclusively with the Riverine Herald about his decision to retire mid-season.

The Morrison medallist and 2010 club best and fairest said his priorities had shifted in an interview on Wednesday (June 14).

He played 134 senior games at Echuca United Football Club since moving to the club in 2010 and only expecting to stay in Echuca for 12 months.

The interview was a chance for Priest to give thanks to the club and the people within it who made such a huge impact on his career.
