YOUR typical lingerie probably doesn’t include stick-on eyes and a pipe — but then again, your typical lingerie has nothing on these creations.

Echuca’s Take Off Weight Naturally (T.O.W.N) Club is raising money by decorating bras for breast cancer and jocks for prostate cancer.

Instead of blushing you’ll be laughing at the artistic talents of the 25 members of the T.O.W.N club to be displayed at the Victorian Agricultural Shows 2017 convention in Shepparton on Sunday July 2.

Organiser Janelle McDonald said she came up with the idea because of her involvement with both organisations.

‘‘I’ve been involved with agricultural shows most of my life and I’m a T.O.W.N club member,’’ she said

‘‘We used the T.O.W.N Club’s group therapy session this week to decorate bras and jocks donated by Echuca’s Epic Op Shop.

‘‘We are trying to raise awareness and money for a great cause.

‘‘I’d like to thank all the T.O.W.N club members for their effort and support.’’

Held at the Shepparton Harness Racing Club for a gold coin donation you can vote on your favourite apparel with proceeds to be donated to cancer support.

The T.O.W.N club meet every Wednesday from 9 to 11am at the Echuca Guide Hall with new members always welcome.

If you would like to decorate a bra yourself to display, contact Janelle on 0428 992 450.
