I HAVE a number of bags of frozen veggies in my freezer and I guess I am not the only one.
They are convenient, cheap and don’t spoil like fresh varieties. I get asked quite often are they as nutritious as the fresh ones?

They had looked at the vitamin, minerals, fibre and other nutrients and found the only type that had some type of variability where frozen veggies treated with high heat.
What you need to watch out for is any added salt or sugar to frozen and canned vegetables. There is now many options that are low salt.
Keep frozen or canned options in the house for times of convenience and to help in meeting your veggie intake.
