THE 63rd annual Echuca Moama Artists Inc. art exhibition was held on the weekend in St. Mary’s Hall.

There were 160 works from 53 artists exhibited over the three day event.

President of the Echuca Moama Artists Inc. Maryann Jenkins said the variety of artworks allows viewers to appreciate the true colours, textures and scale of the artwork.

‘‘There are artists from all over the region, which includes parts of NSW,’’ she said. ‘‘We would also like to thank all of the generous sponsors.’’

The winner of the Best in Show was made by artist Glenda Cornell of Nathalia, who named it ‘Like a Duck to Water’.

THE Foundry Art Space will officially open its new exhibition Synergy of Colour on Saturday. The exhibition features works by Elly Wegner and John Stevens and will be displayed from Friday to November 12.
