Karla has some serious finesse

A PASSION for helping small business and love for all things technology were the drivers behind Karla Hourigan picking up the young entrepreneur of the year award.

Karla is the owner of Infinesse, an award-winning bookkeeping practice.

She has a community focus and is involved in local initiatives and charitable events.

Infinesse has been built on the motto of ‘‘helping businesses work smarter’’.

Karla prides herself on being at the forefront of cloud accounting software, point of sales system implementations and providing solutions for clients to be able to manage their business anywhere, any time.

‘‘I wasn’t expecting to win. I’m stoked and overwhelmed,’’ Karla said.

‘‘I want to thank everyone involved for making tonight possible. Everyone here deserves to win an award.

‘‘A huge thank-you is owed to my team and my family for their continued support.

‘‘The best advice I ever received was to always be your true, authentic self. That’s what I try to do every day.’’
