METRICON has opened its Moama sales office at 35 Meninya St, replacing the old Echuca sales office in Hare St.

The new office has been designed to showcase the Riverine lifestyle and help service the region’s customers.

Metricon regional manager Tania Tonks said “the new sales office is a welcome addition to the Moama community”.

“It even includes a great kid’s corner so the whole family can enjoy the home buying process.”

The office opening followed Metricon again topping the HIA’s Housing 100 report. The builder was also named regional Victoria’s most awarded, dominating both the HIA and MBA awards with a total of 11. The HIA report, which ranks Australia’s top 100 residential builders based on the number of home builds commenced each year, saw Metricon top the list with a total of 4367 starts, across Victoria, Queensland, NSW and SA.

“We were established in the region more than 13 years ago, directly employing more than 20 locals and working with more than 100 local tradies,” Ms Tonks added.

“That covers staff, site managers, trade, and service teams. We pride ourselves on providing local customer service at every turn.”

The office opens Monday to Friday 11am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm.
