Another crime spree
POLICE are investigating a series of burglaries in Echuca and Tongala on the weekend.
The crime spree began early Saturday when the Campaspe Shire depot in Finlay Rd, Tongala, was broken into between 3.25am and 3.55am.
One offender forced open office and employee meal room doors and searched them before searching through storage compartments of several vehicles parked in the compound.
They stole $200 worth of tools before fleeing the scene.
Thieves then broke into The Telstra Shop in Hare St between 6.10am and 6.30am on Saturday where they stole four mobile display phones, worth $1500.
Sizzarz hair salon in Nish St was also broken into on Sunday night.
It is unknown if anything was stolen.

Car wash broken into, boat stolen
POLICE are appealing for help into a break and enter and boat theft last week.
Two men broke into Moama’s SSS car wash about 3.20am on Friday.
They were captured on CCTV wearing hooded jumpers, baseball caps and tracksuit pants.
One of them had a cloth over his mouth.
About 7.45pm the same day, a man launched his boat at the Picnic Point boat ramp in Mathoura.
The next morning, he noticed the boat was missing and the rope had been deliberately cut.
The vessel is described as a white 3.8m Quintrex with a 25-horse power outboard motor with registration number PQ686.
