A MAN accused of committing a raft of burglary, theft and drug offences across the district has faced court.

Jaidon Perry, 25, appeared in Shepparton Magistrates Court recently, charged with burglary, theft, possessing proceeds of crime, handling stolen goods and drug and traffic offences.

His matter was adjourned to the same court on November 27.

Campaspe Criminal Investigation Unit, Shepparton Crime Investigation Unit and other local units arrested Perry on October 13 after a drug search at a house in Dunrobin St, Shepparton.

Police allegedly found a stolen trailer, power tools and a small quantity of drugs believed to be methamphetamine during the search.

His arrest follows the discovery of tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of stolen property in a raid at Stanhope on September 15.

Echuca detectives and Kyabram police swooped on the Hill Rd property following a major investigation, where they seized six vehicles and three trailers, as well as firearms, tools and equipment.

The property is believed to have been stolen from around the district, including Echuca, Kyabram and Shepparton.
