MOTORCYCLISTS will roar through six towns in the Echuca-Moama region on Saturday, November 25 as part of the annual toy run.
Echuca’s Ulysses social motorcycle club holds the run in conjunction with the St Vincent de Paul society, collecting toys for disadvantaged children across Campaspe Shire.
Ulysses member Rob Hearn said bike riders were welcome and should bring a present for a boy or girl aged zero to 16.
Toys can also be donated at Echuca’s Bunnings, Toy World and Highside Motorcycles, Lockington District Business Centre, Rochester Mitre 10 and MG trading, Corop General Store, Rightline Motorcycles and Kyabram Tattslotto and Toys and Tonny Takeaway in Tongala.
All motorcyclists can hand deliver their gifts at the end of the run to St Vincent de Paul.
Riders are asked to arrive at Bunnings at 8.30am on Saturday, November 25 and will travel from Echuca to Lockington, Corop, Kyabram and Tongala, before finishing in Rochester.
A barbecue will be held at Hotel Rochester in Moore St from 1.25pm, followed by a toy presentation, raffles, auctions and prize for best-decorated bike.
All proceeds go to the charity.
