Thieves broke into the Hare St shop overnight Friday.

It follows the loss of thousands of dollars worth of mobile phones in burglaries on October 1 and September 27.

The Riv contacted the Telstra Shop but it declined to comment.

Echuca police are investigating the burglary and are appealing to the public for help.

‘‘If anyone saw anything suspicious, I would urge them to come forward,’’ Acting Detective Sergeant Ben McCauley of Echuca Criminal Investigation Unit said.
