Quirky Cooking is visiting Echuca-Moama for a cooking demonstration and seminar from its new cookbook, Life-Changing Food.

Jo and Fouad will be sharing their stories of healing using a gluten-free, whole food diet while explaining the basic foundations of this healthy dietary approach.

This will be followed by a demonstration of six healing and nourishing recipes from Life-Changing Food.

The recipes are demonstrated with a Thermomix and are gluten-free.

The book contains conventional methods for the recipes too.

It will be held at the Dungala Events Centre, 69 Dungula Way, Moama which is located at Moama on Murray Resort.

The event starts at 7pm sharp on December 4.

Please make sure you’ve eaten before the seminar as only tastings are provided.

Tickets cost $50 for general admission.
