ALMOST 100 people attended a recent networking night held by Echuca-Moama Tourism.
The night was one of a series of events aimed at getting businesses talking to each other and forming partnerships.
EMT chief executive Kathryn McKenzie said the events were extremely valuable for businesses that didn’t often get to network.
‘‘Tourism is a private enterprise based on small business and most of our operators don’t have time to get out and network,’’ she said. ‘‘It’s important to know who is in the area and how we can all work together to add value.
‘‘We don’t have too many formalities on the night. It’s all about the networking and letting people learn about one another.’’
