HOW do our footballers and netballers rate as runners?

Apex club of Echuca-Moama decided it was time to find out.

The week before the start of the football season, junior and senior players from local football netball clubs went head-to-head in the first Apex Gift.

With competitors running for individual prize money, as well as a sponsorship grant for their clubs, players from Echuca, LBU, United, Moama, Tongala and Kyabram participated in a series of heats and finals to determine the fastest players.

Highlights of the event are available online in episode two of Game On.
