Moama netball

Under 11s

Moama 3 v Nathalia 6

Awesome effort with no bench.

Willow Clarke played her first game.

Great team plays and movement of the ball from our defence resulting in some great goals.

Didn’t quite get the win but put in an amazing effort.

Under 13B Junior Squad

Great team effort.

The team shared the ball and played a strong defensive game.

They led well and each player took responsibility for their own player, keeping the court well covered.

Under 13A

Moama 29 v Nathalia 20

Bit of a slow start for the girls in the first quarter, but came back hard in the second to get a nice lead.

Which we held for the rest of the game rewarding themselves with a nine-goal win.

Best on Court: Zayah James. Coaches Award: Aisha Shebani.

Lots of position changes this week but still played great as a team.

Brilliant goaling by Alana and everyone attacking the ball.

Lots of turnovers and great defensive pressure saw us take the win 49-11.

Best on Court: Georgia McLean. Coaches Award: Maddie Elliott.

We had a bit of a slow start, not playing our best in the first quarter.

Lots of improvement showed some great passes and strong leads.

Great defence in the ring and rebounds for the goalers.

Smooth play down the court this week.
