A MAZDA 3 was stolen from a Chanter St, Moama home between 11pm on Saturday and 3pm Sunday.

The dark grey vehicle’s registration number is ZCB532.

During the same time, a toolbox containing $150 worth of tools was stolen from the back of a trailer parked in Chanter St.

■A business on Hillside Rd, Moama, was broken into between 7.30pm on Sunday and 7.30am on Monday.

Unknown persons have jumped a rural fence and entered an unlocked shipping container before stealing two new Stihl chainsaws.

■Thieves also broke into a Nicholas Drive, Moama business between 7.30pm on Sunday and 1am Monday.

They cut the padlock to the front entrance gate and stole a large industrial water pressure washer, worth $1200.

■A rock was thrown through the window of a Livingstone St business in Mathoura between 4pm last Friday and Sunday.

The damage bill is estimated at $100.

■An Echuca woman has been fined after verbally abusing police after her friend was pulled over in Moama last Saturday.

Police was questioning the driver of a Victorian registered car at 10.35pm when the 23-year-old passenger started swearing at police.

Police gave her numerous warnings before issuing her with a fine for offensive language.

■A Moama man has been fined $550 after refusing to leave Moama Bowling Club last Thursday.

Police were called to the club at 8.45pm after the 33-year-old failed to leave.

The man became argumentative with police before leaving a short time later.
