The 2019 Sea-Doo Wake Pro 230 jetski is the latest model featuring more power, comfort and safety features than ever before for fun on the water.
Powered by a Rotax 1500 HO (high output) ACE engine, the jetski kicks along on 230 horsepower, up from the 215hp of the previous model.
The recently upgraded ST3 fibreglass hull has a lower centre of gravity allowing for improved stability when pounding through rough water.
Echuca Boats and More salesman Brad Kane said the Wake Pro was set up for towing and features a retractable ski pole, a boarding ladder and a removable wakeboard holder as well.
‘‘It’s supercharged so there’s heaps of torque,’’ he said.
‘‘It’s capable of 110km/h with one person on it.’’
The jetski can carry three people — a driver, a passenger and a skier.
‘‘It’s an incredibly stable ski,’’ Brad said.
‘‘You can stand up on the back and not tip over. There’s a lot more room on the rear deck to stand on than other models.
‘‘It handles incredibly well and that’s what the ST3 gives you — that stability on the water.
‘‘There’s also a learning key which holds back on the power and acceleration for someone riding it for the first time.’’
One of the big features for the younger jetski users is the Bluetooth 100-watt stereo system with speakers on either side of the craft.
‘‘When the kids are skiing or wakeboarding behind they love their music,’’ Brad said.
‘‘The Wake Pro has three times the storage space than the next model and there’s a waterproof container for your phone.’’
The storage compartment opens by raising the handlebar assembly. The handlebars themselves are adjustable.
The jetski comes with cruise control, anti-theft security system, Intelligent Throttle Control (iTC) with Ski Mode and an Intelligent Brake and Reverse (iBR) system installed.
It has a 60-litre fuel tank and runs on premium unleaded.

The Ergolock seat can be converted to a lounge configuration which includes a flat area for drinks or food when the boat is stopped. The rear portion of the seat can be removed to enlarge the deck/swim platform.
The digital display includes a speedometer, RPM, clock, fuel gauge, water temperature and vehicle hour display.
At the back of the jetski is the LinQ attachment for cargo such as eskies or fuel tanks which can be clipped on.
