The 2000 Coromal pop-top caravan, registration P07 778, was stolen from a business yard in Cornelia Creek Rd between 6pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday.
Owner Chris Martin said he had only bought caravan three months ago to use for family holidays.
"I'm pretty angry," he said.
"I locked it up after work on Friday and the boys came to work on Saturday and it was gone.
"They broke the padlock to the gate and then removed the draw-bar from the caravan and musty have towed it away."
Police are appealing for community help into the theft and ask anyone with information to contact them on 5483 1500 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
