In the lead-up to Halloween, Woolworths and The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal are inviting Cobram customers to support sick and disadvantaged children across Victoria.

With the financial impact of COVID-19 continuing to affect charities across Australia, Woolworths customers can purchase a $2 wall token, with 100 per cent of the proceeds supporting children in need.
All funds raised will assist The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal to support children across Victoria who are facing challenging times as a result of life-threatening illness and diseases.
Woolworths Cobram's store manager Sarah McVeigh said this year's celebrations would be different for the Cobram community.“This year, while shopping for their pumpkins, costumes and decorations for Halloween celebrations at home, we’re encouraging customers who are able to support other children and their families in Victoria, to make a charity donation or add a Halloween token to their shop,” she said.
“We’re constantly amazed by the generous spirit of our customers and the ongoing support they show for our partnership with The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal.”
The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal's director Rebecca Cowan said a $2 donation could help improve the lives of families doing it tough.“This year has been tough on all families across Australia, so we are incredibly grateful for the ongoing support from Woolworths customers to help The Royal Children's Hospital deliver the best possible care to our patients and their families in Victoria,” she said.
Woolworths and The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal have been partners for more than 32 years.
Funds raised have helped assist with research, training, new technology and hospital equipment.The campaign launched on October 13 and will run through to Saturday, October 31 in Woolworths stores across Australia.
