Victoria recorded no new COVID-19 cases for the 38th day in a row on Monday after 7077 test results were received.

Queensland and New South Wales also recorded no new locally acquired cases, with NSW Health announcing it would lift temporary restrictions for the local government areas of Tweed Shire Council, Ballina Shire Council, Byron Shire Council and Lismore City Council from midnight Monday.
Under Victoria's travel permit system, Greater Brisbane, the Gladstone region and Byron Shire in NSW remain as orange zones.
People entering Victoria from an orange zone (excluding people who have only passed through an orange zone during transit to the airport) must apply for an orange zone permit.
On arrival in Victoria, they must also self-isolate, be tested for COVID-19 within 72 hours and isolate until a negative result is received.
