Most carried good condition considering the season with lambs making up most of the yarding and would be receiving supplementary feed.
The market overall showed a $10-$15 dearer trend. Top lambs made to $188/head, for heavy weights ranging between $178-$188, trade lambs ranged between $145-$175.
Light lambs showed the biggest price increments and made between $105-$140/head. Few hoggets were yarded and prices were firm for making from $125 to a top of $148.20.
Limited numbers of sheep were yarded, a dearer trend of up to $15 was evident. Good covered sheep made between $110-$133 and lighter types ranged from $50-$105. Rams topped at $69/head
