The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission had three surveyors at Kyabram District Health Service over two days to evaluate the provider.
Every aspect of the operation got a glowing tick of approval, with KDHS recognised for their high quality and innovative work engaging with consumers, infection control and the organisation’s philosophy towards care.
“On behalf of the board and senior management team, I would like to acknowledge the extraordinary work of our staff in achieving this great outcome,’’ interim chief executive David Edwards said.
‘‘This cannot happen without great team work and commitment to ensuring the safety and quality of the care we deliver to our community. Congratulations to everyone.’’
