NSW Labor has officially dumped Emma Husar as the party's candidate for the seat of Lindsay at next year's federal election.
The state administrative committee met on Friday and "resolved to withdraw its endorsement" of the sitting member, the party said in a statement.
The NSW branch has referred the preselection of Labor's new candidate to the national executive.
Ms Husar announced in August she would not contest the next election because she was facing an internal investigation.
But the western Sydney MP subsequently changed her mind and rejected suggestions she was no longer the ALP candidate.
