Police investigate Cohuna supermarket burglary

DETECTIVES are appealing for help into a burglary at a Cohuna supermarket early yesterday.

Two male offenders forced entry to the rear roller door of the supermarket on King George St between 4.30am and 5.30am before ransacking two offices and stealing a small amount of cash.

Both males had their faces covered and were wearing dark-coloured hooded jumpers.

Investigators from Swan Hill Crime Investigation Unit have released images of two males that may be able to help with their inquiries.

Police have been told a white Mitsubishi Triton utility with a steel tray was seen at the back of the supermarket about 4am before the burglary and investigators have also released an image of the vehicle.

Detectives are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area.
