EXTENDING on the Bridge Art and Meninya Street Masterplan, Murray River Council is now in the process of developing a masterplan for the southern area of Meninya Street.
The plan covers areas including council’s office building and car park, Kerrabee Soundshell, Moama Skate Park, Horseshoe Lagoon and along the river and through the bush down to Moama Beach and the slipway area. The masterplan aims to further develop the precinct into a more user-friendly, safe and functional space that can be enjoyed by locals and visitors, providing various passive and active activities with easy and responsible access to nature, as well as services.
