Stuart joins Rochy team

RAY WHITE Rochester has a new agent.

Stuart Wilson has joined the team and will be working alongside Rob Hosking, Ken Oliver and Luke Ryan in preparing for new opportunities and change in the rural market.

Two years ago at the Elmore Field Days, Stuart met Rob and Ken and the trio have since built a great relationship.

Stuart was born in Rochester and raised in Girgarre on a farm before his family then moved to Melbourne. He has been in the agricultural sector for approximately 15 years with Smith Agri.

In his role at Ray White Rochester, Stuart will be concentrating on large scale agri-businesses in Victoria and southern NSW.

While it may seem like a strange time to be adding agents with the declining market in capital cities, there are unique opportunities in rural areas with people looking to move out of the capital cities.

There are great opportunities in towns like Rochester, Elmore, Lockington and surrounding areas to become satellite towns for Bendigo, Echuca and Shepparton and develop their market for the ageing population and families looking for the lifestyle choices a rural area can offer.

The farming sector is also an interesting area that is changing, and opportunities are available for many properties with succession planning and opportunities in dairy, mixed farming and intense farming industries as well as water trading.

Stuart is looking forward to the possibilities his new role can provide for the Rochester region.
