The club passes on our condolences to the family of Ruby Parsons, her death last week brings to an end the great partnership that she and her late husband Ces had over many years.

Ces in particular was a driving force in the formation of both the Rochester and Lockington Golf clubs and in their relocation to their present sites.

Ruby’s life will be celebrated at the Rochester Golf Club on Monday, April 29.

The club also is saddened to hear of the passing of long time member, C grade champion, house director and local sporting personality Trevor (Trout) English.

The club sends its condolences to his family and many friends.
