Lockington

The game of scrounge failed to fire last week as the chilling winds kept the keen bowlers undercover.

However, with fine weather on the way, the game will resume this week.

The members have been busy through working bees, to install the new seating on the north end of the number one green.

A special thank you to Brian Kinnane for his expertise and effort in getting the task completed along with several other club members on hand.

The club will hold their annual general meeting this week.

Congratulations to the local CVBD bowlers on their success at the Australan Open Bowls Championship being held on the Gold Coast.
