With more midfield minutes this season, the defender tallied 262 votes to finish ahead of forward Jordan Ivey (251) and midfielder Amy McDonald (250).
And while the VFLW limits the number of AFLW-listed players who can take to the field each week, the top 10 vote-getters heavily featured AFLW players, with midfielders Maddy Keryk and Richelle Cranston finishing equal fourth and sixth, respectively.
Webster’s win caps off a whirlwind year, after the Benalla junior was taken with pick seven in last year's AFLW draft.
She went on to play four of a possible eight AFLW games after an injury-plagued season, but it was at the VFLW level where Webster found some much-needed consistency, lining up for 13 out of a possible 15 games before featuring in the league's Team of the Year off the half-back flank.
Webster has already signed with the Cats for a further two seasons and is set to take up preseason next month, though no date is set due to ongoing negotiations with the playing association.
