The event, which funds educational programs and assists in the purchase of resources for students, will be held on Saturday, August 7 at Rochester Golf Club.
Rounds of golf will be available, as well as a high tea and auction event with guest speaker Walter Collins.
According to Parents and Friends Committee president Grant Shawcross, interest in the event has been received from as far away as Mornington.
“We've also planned it for the weekend when Rochester football club has a bye, so hopefully more people can attend this year,” Mr Shawcross said.
In previous years, the event has raised nearly $7000 and has allowed the school to purchase robots so the students can learn about coding and programming in a constructive way.
Students will also be contributing to the event, with year 5 and 6 students assisting with the barbecue on the day.
“We try to get the kids involved as much as we can, because that's where the money will be going,” Mr Shawcross said.
In the weeks prior to the event, Mr Shawcross will be hosting an online silent auction for goods and services through the school's Facebook page to accompany the live auction on the day.
