It comes after a stellar season on and off the court for Ryan, who only moved to the club at the start of the year and has taken on the role of under 17's coach as well as playing A grade.
Senior coach Sara Kent said the result came as little surprise to those that play with them.
“They are both very consistent players, very reliable, their netball smarts shine each game and they are great role models on and off court,” she said.
“The two combine so well have made it very difficult for the opposition this season as a very strong defence unit.
“Emma reads the ball exceptionally well and Ash is always a force to be reckoned with, and they both give 110 per cent every week."
Mangan's runner-up status is particularly impressive considering she missed five weeks while on holiday.
Kent said that was indicative of the attitude both players bring to each game.
“They both have a never-give-up attitude, which filters down through the whole club,” she said.
Elle Groves placed third with 60, Shani Clark was next with 33, and then Heidi Morris on 27 and Hollie Reid on 14.
In B grade it was a close win for Taleara Despasquale with 44 votes to Steph Wild's 41 and Rachel McCormack's 40.
Georgia Watt dominated the voting in B reserve and won by a mile with 58 points, chased by Aleisha Harding on 35 and young gun Jazmine Reid on 34.
It was another tight race in the under 17s, with Lara Cunningham coming first with 39 votes closely followed by Molly Carver on 36, Courtney Mason on 34 and Maddison Wigg on 28.
And in the under 15s, Tailah Rennie won best and fairest with 44 votes, followed by Nicola Minicozzi on 41.
