The open day will be held on October 20, from 10am to 2pm, at the Echuca fire station on High St.
Echuca CFA captain Rob Amos said it would be a great event, with lots of activities planned.
“There will be heaps of activities for the kids and adults and, best of all, it is all free,” he said.
“Come down and say hello to your local CFA volunteer firefighters and have a chat with us about your fire safety, especially with summer just about here.
“It's about us giving back to our community who has been so good to us.”
The open day will include truck displays, demonstrations by the junior and senior fire brigade teams, information about recruitment, fire investigation and safety, water push mini truck races, jumping castle, face painting and free snow cones, popcorn and barbecue.
