On Monday, it closed Echuca War Memorial Aquatic Centre, Echuca, Tongala and Kyabram stadiums, Port of Echuca Discovery Centre and Echuca Paddlesteamers.
In a letter to EWMAC members, council said while the buildings were closed, staff would be available over the phone (5483 9698) to provide information about memberships.
Direct debits have been suspended until April 20.
"Our customer service centres remain open for the benefit of our community and we ask for your support in practising social distancing, to keep 1.5m while being served, or waiting to be served," mayor Adrian Weston said.
Payments and inquiries are encouraged online on its website or by phone, including payment of rates, animal registration and more.
“We recognise the rapidly changing situation and closure of services will be continually reviewed in line with government guidelines,” Cr Weston said.
“We understand this is a difficult time and we will keep our facilities and services open for as long as we can while ensuring the safety of our staff.
"The measures taken to date are designed to protect our community and our staff and limit the spread of COVID-19."The community will be kept up to date with changes to services or facilities through council’s website and social media.
