And they will have the opportunity to do so at the second edition of the Youth Girls Country Week set to be held later this month.
There is set to be a strong local flavour in the side with Bamawm Lockington United having the most players selected with four.
Although they are closely followed by Echuca and Tongala with three and two respectively.
Coach Justin Guppy said it was a great opportunity for the team to compete against other talented players.
"We want to see the girls playing as much cricket as possible," he said.
"While you always want to win, it's important to learn the skills of the game and have some fun at the same time.
"Before I started coaching I hadn't played for eight years so the girls wanting to play got me back out on the field which has been great."
The team will play four games across September 29 and 30 against Bendigo District, Shepparton Cricket and Wangaratta District.
The final game will decide the outcome of the competition with first to play second and third to play fourth with rankings decided based on the results of the first three matches.
Christy O’Brien and Sheree Farnham will share the duties of team manager.
