Colbinabbin Country Hotel’s bushfire fundraiser raised more than $3500 for the Red Cross and Wildlife Victoria.

The event featured live music from Milkwood and other local acts, afternoon tea and a silent auction.

Kaye Poulton sold her ceramics with 100 per cent of proceeds donated.

Hotel manager Julie Price said the event was a great success.

“We had people come from all around the area to come and enjoy the live music and everyone seemed to enjoy the day,” she said.

“We had a lot of kind donations from all around and it was great to see everyone pitching in for such a great cause.”
