IT'S a turn of the century for real estate in Rochester, as Century 21 opens a new office in town.
The small but fierce team is getting ready to assist you with all your property buying, selling and renting needs.
Andrew Lochhead grew up in Bamawm and went to Rochester Secondary College.
He spent a good portion of his teenage years in town and still has local friendships from his school years and family connections.
“When the Rochester shop came available, I thought the time was right to strengthen his ties with the Rochester community,” he said.
“After numerous conversations with Katy Wileman, the Century 21 Rich River Real Estate Rochester plan was started.”
After working locally for the past 10 years, Katy decided it was time to get back into real estate.
She had been a property manager in Melbourne, before moving to Rochester.
Katy spent her first year in Rochester as a property manager, leaving to have her first child.
She has lived in Rochester for 15 years, and has enjoyed being involved with the community.
Running around after her children playing various sports, Katy has also enjoyed being involved by coaching various kids’ sporting teams, being on committees and recently even dabbling in a little netball umpiring.
“I am looking forward to working closely with prospective purchasers, sellers and rental providers and renters to help them achieve their property goals,” she said.
“I'm also extremely pleased to have such a great team in Echuca to back me up.
“One thing we are looking forward to bringing to the Rochester market is the technology and marketing that we have been doing in Echuca-Moama, with the addition of our high level of customer service.”
