The 20-year-old is wrapping up a three-year project with his music producers both in America and in Australia with his first ever original album to be released after Christmas.
The former Notre Dame College student who now lives in Melbourne hopes that an album tour is “on the table”.
“I would really like to once again take my music on the road and especially visit and perform in places where I grew up; Places like Shepparton, Yarrawonga and Echuca are definitely in my sights,” Mr Lucas said.
Following the release of the album, Mr Lucas is also set to return to America early next year where he will record with Indasoul Records.
Mr Lucas’s producer Marc Williams said he was excited to create new tracks with the young artist.
“We are really excited to be bringing our Aussie talent Anthony Lucas back to Los Angeles to work with us, we hope to create something big with him next year.”
Alongside his upcoming album, Mr Lucas has had a number of projects on the go, including starring in an educational short film set to be implemented in schools and used by the state government, and the filming of a television series.
While details are yet to be released about the series, Mr Lucas has assured viewers that they will be left in “tears of laughter”.
Mr Lucas’s latest tracks, including his newly-released single Choose is now available on Spotify and Apple Music.
