Echuca, which had every side representing the club reach at least a preliminary final, finished the season with 734 points to claim the award for the second consecutive season.
The awards is decided according to every grades performance, with points awarded for every grade.
Echuca president Ash Byrne said it was an award the award was an incredibly special one for everyone involved.
“It's something that is very special for everyone involved,” he said.
“The Champion Club probably doesn't mean as much to the younger people around the place, but for all the people who have been around for an extended period of time it is something we hold in really high regard.”
Byrne said having every team make it deep into finals was a huge achievement, and spoke to the culture of Echuca.
But by his own admission, there is always room to improve.
“We like to think we have a great culture, but there is always something you can do better,” he said.
“You could never look at the club as though everything was done, it's something we always want to make better, to make the Echuca Football and Netball Club the best it can possibly be.”
As well as claiming the club of the year, Echuca figured heavily in the remaining awards of the evening.
