Power's US Open experience

Power has been a flight attendant with Emirates for 16 months, based out of the company's home base of Dubai.

Power became one of three flight attendants with the Emirates promotions team, giving her the opportunity to be selected to take part in events that Emirates is a major sponsor of, with the former tennis player selected to represent the company at the finals week of the Open.

This included having photo session on centre court with Andy Roddick and Luke Jensen and hosting the Emirates Suite with a number of US celebrities.

As part of her role, she hosted the suite during the final of the tournament, with dignitaries including Rod Laver in the box, watching on as Rafael Nadal claimed the men's singles title.
