Competitors are set to battle it out across 13 categories on a 60km return trek between Deep Creek Marina, Moama and Torrumbarry Weir.
Last year's winning boat The Mistress once again looms as one of the team's to beat despite a seven mph speed differential to the superclass racers.
One of those teams looking to take full advantage is Arkham Asylum, who will be looking to add to their 2017 success.
They will be joined in the superclass by TR (last year's winner of the division and 2019 Southern 80 winner), Superman and Pigs Arsenal.
Moama Water Sport Club's Julie Golledge said the organisation was looking for to another exciting day of competition.
“Everyone looks forward to seeing the boats on the water and we're hoping for great racing conditions,” she said.
“Our biggest goal for the day will be to run a safe and successful event for everyone involved.”
This year's race will welcome Sportsman class boats for the very first time, a move which was made due to the growing popularity of the category according to Golledge.
“We want to be able to cater for all boat types so we can attract more competitors,” she said.
“By including the Sportsman class it allows us to include more people and showcase the talent they have.
“These boats have a speed restriction of 90mph but they will still make for some exciting racing.”
Racing will get underway at 9.30am, with entry at Deep Creek Marina costing $5 per person.
Entertainment will be provided by Three's a Crowd at the Deep Creek Marina Hotel following the conclusion of the race.
