After years of watching guys like World Supercross Champion Justin Anderson and two-time World Champion Chad Reed on TV, Polomka will have the opportunity to race against them.
“To be on the same track against these guys is going to be a dream come true,” he said.
'When you're a kid you want to be them but now I'm going to go out them and try to finish ahead of them.
“I'm looking forward to racing against Justin in particular because he is someone I've always idolised in the sport.
“It's going to be a tremendous experience and I'm hoping that I can learn a bit off them in a short amount of time.
“I've got to be realistic in my goals but I am hoping to finish inside the top 15.”
The competition, which is set to be the largest off-road motorcycle race in Australia's history, is expected to attract over 40,000 people to Melbourne's Marvel Stadium on November 30.
But Polomka is no stranger to a capacity crowd.
“I raced in Sydney a few years ago and there was close to 30,000 people watching,” he said.
“You don't really think about the crowd because you have so much adrenaline going through your system.”
Not only will the professionals be in action, with celebrity and junior races also set to take place.
Tickets are still available through Ticketek.
