Starting at the All Stars Tennis Silver Tournament in Yarrawonga, Bavich won the men's singles consolation draw.
After losing in the second round of the main draw, Bavich stormed through the field to record his victory.
He completed a comfortable 4-2, 4-2 victory over Lachlan Graetz to earn a place in the final eight, where he faced off against Rhys Edwards.
And the pair produced a thrilling contest before Bavich eventually came out on top 0-4, 5-3, 10-5.
In his semi-final against Deagan Tomkins, it was a much more one-sided contest as Bavich won 4-2, 4-1.
Bavich then ensured he left Yarrawonga with a trophy after defeating Jack Bassett 4-0, 4-2 in the final.
Just days later, Bavich found himself further south, competing at the Geelong JT Gold.
Following a first round bye in the under-16 consolation boys singles, Bavich immediately hit the ground running with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Tom Mason.
And from there, he was almost impossible to stop as he won his next two matches in straight sets against Jarrod Zanardo and Sebastian Sarafian to earn a place in the final.
Facing off against Ned Simpson in the big dance, the pair produced a match of the highest quality.
But in the end, Bavich's talent shone through as he won 6-7 (4), 6-4, 10-7.
