Over 100 punters entered, with Clee ending up on 156 correct tips from the 24 rounds, only one ahead of second and third.
She scored seven in the final round, which was key to taking out the overall win.
Only one other punter in the final top 20 scored the same number in round 24, with one key decision from Clee proving decisive.
“I thought maybe I'd come third, but I did change one of them at the last minute; I changed it to Carlton,” she said.
“I had the other team (Fremantle), but I put Carlton in.
“Otherwise, I think I would have had to share it.”
It was a wise move from Clee, as the Blues shocked the minor premier by 37 points in their final match of the home-and-away season.
Clee — who supports St Kilda — clearly has a knack for tipping, as it’s the second time she has won the competition.
Last time, she used the voucher for a trip to Mulwala and Yarrawonga, but isn’t sure yet where she will go this time around.
In the business tipping competition, Hip Pocket Workwear Echuca finished first, scoring 155 correct tips.
