The Murray River Council auction of more than 40 lots of land to recover long-standing unpaid rates is coming up in mid-July.
Moama Bowling Club will host the sale on Saturday, July 13, where 44 lots will go under the hammer.
Since announcing the sales through a notice in the NSW Government Gazette and extensive media advertising, such as in the Riv, 16 lots are no longer for sale.
This means the landowners have settled their debts with council and are no longer at risk of losing their property.
Six lots on Murray Rivers Edge Rd at Deep Creek Marina are among those that are no longer for sale.
The auction will be held at Moama Bowling Club, 6 Shaw St, Moama, on Saturday, July 12 at 1pm.
