Benalla Salvos’ final push for Red Shield Appeal

Collectors will be stationed outside from 10am to 6pm, ready to greet and engage with shoppers.

“We have already been out collecting at all sorts of various sites,” Benalla Salvation Army captain Ben Anderson said.

“The reception has been good.

“Lots of people are struggling with the cost-of-living pressures that are on everybody, but it’s been great to see the response of those who are giving because they have and even those who are able to give a little bit even when they’re struggling as well.

“Thank you to those who have supported.”
