WorkSafe Victoria is looking into an industrial incident in Echuca after a man was flown to a Melbourne hospital in a critical condition on Monday, June 23.

A WorkSafe spokesperson confirmed the regulator was investigating the incident, which occurred at a business premises on Goulburn Rd.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics had arrived around 1.40pm and treated a man in his 30s for upper and lower body injuries.
The man was airlifted to The Alfred hospital and remains in a critical condition.

Around 3.40pm on Monday, Ambulance Victoria, Air Ambulance, Victoria Police, CFA and Search and Rescue were all on scene at the property for a reported rescue.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said police attended the scene of an industrial incident, and a male was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
An Air Ambulance helicopter landed in the paddock across from Rich River Tourist Park on Bynan St, close to the scene.
When responding to a workplace incident, WorkSafe will seek to ensure duty holders are complying with their obligations under the OH&S Act through inspections.
Enforcement action is taken when there is evidence of a contravention of the act.
