Work at Narrandera will include repairs to a 350m section of damaged road surface on the Newell Highway from the Larmer St intersection to south of Main Canal bridge, to provide a smoother and safer road.
To limit impact to the community, work will be carried out between 7pm and 6am this Friday and Saturday, weather permitting.
Work at Jerilderie will include repairs to a 200m section of road from west of the Bundoora Ave intersection with Conargo Rd, to about 50m east of the Newell Highway intersection.
Work will be carried out between 7am and 5pm from Monday, June 30 to Wednesday, July 2, weather permitting.
Changed traffic conditions at both locations will include single lane closures and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, allow up to four minutes of extra travel time and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
