Campaspe Shire Council has announced the recipients of this year’s Campaspe Youth GO! Grants, an initiative made possible through support from the Victorian Government’s Engage! Program.
The funding enables a range of local groups and organisations to deliver youth-focused events and activities throughout the year that primarily target young people aged between 12-25.
The successful recipients of the Campaspe Youth GO! Grants were Echuca Twin Rivers Specialist School for the Blackwood camp Years 7 to 12; Headspace’s community art project; Njernda Aboriginal Corporation’s youth veggie garden; Paradise Bar for games night in paradise; and Echuca South Cricket Club for winter cricket clinics.
An additional grant, funded through the Victorian Government’s Community Recovery Hubs initiative was allocated to St Joseph’s College for Aladdin the Musical.
